New direction for

The Martin Agency has redesigned its website to look like… a blog. A source at Martin says they wanted to force themselves to update the site more often. Isn’t that something a client might have said?

I have to say I like it. It feels like less fluff, more substance. I will now actually look forward to going to their site more often to see what’s new. It won’t be hidden beneath layers of brochure-ware.

The web is maturing and evolving. And so is Martin’s sense of it.  I think other agencies will follow Martin’s move. 

With influential agencies like Martin opting to present easily accessed fresh content, watch for significant corporate websites to change as well. The future’s coming and not a bit too soon.
